To become a member of DBA, the membership form has to be purchased from the DBA office for Rs.2000/-.

This form has to be filled in and submitted to the DBA office along with appropriate fees and required documents.

  • Photocopy of LL.B. Degree / Provisional & Marksheet. (Self Attested)

  • Photocopy of Certificate 10th & Graduation. (Self Attested)

  • Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate. (Self Attested)

  • Three Passport size Photographs in robes.

  • If the applicant is enrolled after July 2010, the application has to attach his/her AIBE (COP)
